COMMUNIA 2010 Conference: Announcing Speakers and a Call for Participation

Politecnico di Torino, photo republished by Wikimedia Commons We are pleased to announce an initial lineup of speakers for the upcoming “University and Cyberspace” Conference. This list represents some, but certainly not all, of the experts, academics, entrepreneurs, leaders, administrators, policy makers, and COMMUNIA members that will be involved in the event. More information about the speakers and conference sessions will be made available very soon on this page.

Additionally, as the conference approaches, we are hoping to utilize the knowledge and expertise of COMMUNIA members and others attending, and request that those who might be interested in briefly presenting or discussing a case study or an idea related one of the track themes add their proposals to the conference wiki.

Track leaders will identify salient topics and ask 2-4 individuals with proposals to participate in breakout sessions taking place on day 2 or day 3 of the conference. To add your idea to our list, you can find pages related to each breakout session here. Please be sure to include a short description of your idea or case study, any relevant links or resources, and your contact information.

Please read below to see the initial lineup of speakers in alphabetical order. [12jun10]
